Named among the three best city magazines in the nation seven times by the City and Regional Magazine Association. For more than 40 years, Boston Magazine’s experienced writers, editors, and designers have captured all sides of the city with award-winning journalism and groundbreaking design.

Ashley worked in the Art Department of the Magazine in the late 2000’s and saw it through a redesign.

Hand lettering

Cig Harvey is a British fine art photographer known for her surreal images of nature and family. Her work has been described as revealing "the mysticism in the mundane."

For Cig’s 2019 solo show at the Ogunquit Museum of American Art, the artist commissioned Ashley for a series of hand lettered designs for display in both neon and letterpress alongside the artist’s large format photographs.

Artist book design

Christina Watka is an installation artist working with natural material to create kinetic sculptures of reflected light and colored shadow. Her public works can be found across the globe—from Mandarin Oriental in Switzerland to the JP Morgan building in Houston, Texas.

In 2022, Christina commissioned Ashley to design an artist book of her essays-in-miniature that was then pressed into textured Arturo paper using time-tested letterpress machines found waiting in an old New England barn. Before releasing the books into the world, the artist stitched each one together with needle, thread and caring hand, folding each page twice over.

Simon Pearce

Simon Pearce is a heritage glassware company based in Quechee, Vermont- where their turbine-powered glassblowing studio is the place to watch artisans trained in Simon's techniques create functional works of art.

In 2023, Ashley worked with the creative team to concept and art direct their Spring product photoshoot at Blind Tiger in Portland, Maine.

Maine Magazine

A monthly publication for Maine enthusiasts in print from 2009 to 2023, delivered to the finest hotels, inns, and B&B’s across the state and on more than 1,200 newsstands as far south as Connecticut.

Ashley worked as the Art Director for the publication in the late 2000’s.

Saint Joseph's College of Maine

Founded in 1912 by the Sisters of Mercy, Saint Joseph’s College of Maine is a small liberal arts college located on the shores of Sebago Lake.

Ashley served as Creative Director of the College from 2019 to 2024, leading a rebrand of the College in 2021.

Stone Barn at Sebago Lake

An early 20th century stone barn situated on the Saint Joseph’s College of Maine campus, renovated in 2016 for use as a luxury events venue.

Ashley was commissioned in 2017 to create a brand for venue.

In 2022, alongside her partner Christina Wnek, the two launched Cee and She, an artistic collaboration creating sculptural ceramic vessels and small batch wares.


Ashley designed the branding for the duo and art directs the photography captured by Christina.

AI Bootcamp by Fast Co./Inc. Mag

A Fast Company and Inc. multipart event series intended to gather executives, thought leaders, and SMEs for a series of discussions exploring the opportunities AI is unleashing for business leaders today and the ways this technology could reinvent “business as usual” in the years to come.

Ashley was commissioned in 2024 to create a logo for the event series.

Stephanie is ‍the founder of Farm to Table Kids and an educational garden consultant and regenerative farming educator.

In 2022, Ashley designed a logo and packaging for Stephanie’s farming activity kits.

Sebago Center

In 2019, Saint Joseph’s College of Maine launched The Sebago Center- built on three pillars: Food Systems Innovation, Integrated Aging, and Sustainable Hospitality founded in order to strengthen the vitality of rural community.

Ashley designed the brand architecture and worked with Caus Co. on the logo design. She designed the website alongside merchandise and all print materials.

Center for Nursing Innovation

In 2023 Saint Joseph’s College of Maine officially opened its state of the art teaching facility equipped with five simulation units to train the next generation of Maine’s nurses.

Ashley worked closely with Bowerbird Design Collective on the interior design of the facility and designed environmental graphics for donor recognition, history of the program, scholarship information and wayfinding.

A Portland arts education partnership for Maine schools K-12 bringing arts integration to Common Core standards in math, science, and humanities curriculum.

In 2013, Ashley branded the nonprofit organization and created their first website.
